The FlowKeyOps control panel is an application inside WooCommerce My Account. The WooCommerce navigation manages commercial and identity functions; the navigation inside FlowKeyOps manages workflow automation operations.
Overview
Use Overview for a quick health check. It summarizes workflow and environment counts, recent deployments, drift findings, environment health, and recent activity. Start here when you need to know whether the workspace needs attention.
Workflows
Workflows lists the automation definitions known to FlowKeyOps. Typical columns include platform, version, repository branch, and state. Open a workflow when you need its history, a comparison, or a promotion decision.
Environments
Environments shows the connection and desired-state health of Development, Staging, and Production destinations. A healthy environment should report a current connection and recent reconciliation.
Deployments
Deployments shows changes moving through the delivery lifecycle. Use it to identify the source and target versions, completed stages, pending approvals, and failed steps.
Secrets
Secrets shows credential metadata and synchronization state. It intentionally does not provide a Reveal Secret action. Use status, version, target, and last-sync time to investigate without handling plaintext values.
Drift
Drift compares desired state with runtime state. A finding should be investigated before choosing to accept the runtime change or restore the desired version.
Audit
Audit provides a chronological record of meaningful operations. Use it during troubleshooting, change review, and support escalation.
Settings
Settings contains workspace identity and customer-safe configuration. Your tenant identifier may appear here so it can be copied into a support request.
Switch environments carefully
The environment selector changes the scope you are viewing. Always confirm the selected environment before approving a deployment, assessing drift, or evaluating a synchronization status.
