FlowKeyOps is a control plane for workflow automation, providing clearer version history, safer environment promotion, protected credential handling, drift awareness, and an auditable record of change.
What FlowKeyOps manages
FlowKeyOps organizes the operational state around your automation platform. It helps your team answer four recurring questions:
- Which workflow version should be running in each environment?
- What changed between the desired version and the runtime version?
- Are credentials synchronized without exposing their values?
- Who changed, approved, or deployed something, and when?
What FlowKeyOps does not replace
FlowKeyOps does not replace n8n or another supported automation runtime. Your runtime continues to execute workflows. FlowKeyOps provides the management and desired-state layer around it.
It also does not turn WordPress into the automation backend. WordPress and WooCommerce provide customer identity, account, subscription, and billing functions. Product operations are handled by the FlowKeyOps control plane.
The customer experience
After signing in, open My Account → FlowKeyOps. The control panel separates product operations from billing and account administration:
- FlowKeyOps: workflows, environments, deployments, secrets, drift, and audit history.
- My Account: orders, subscriptions, payment methods, addresses, and account details.
- Support and Docs: assistance and product guidance.
Before you begin
Identify the person responsible for your automation runtime, your source repository, and your production approvals. Do not collect or send secret values in email, chat, screenshots, or support tickets. FlowKeyOps support will request identifiers and status information–not plaintext credentials.
