Your FlowKeyOps plan defines entitlements such as environment capacity and access to product actions. The control panel uses these entitlements to determine what your workspace can configure.
What counts as an environment
An environment is a connected automation destination such as Development, Staging, or Production. Labels describe the role of a destination; each connected destination can consume plan capacity.
When you reach a limit
You may be able to view existing resources while creation or connection actions are unavailable. Do not remove a production environment merely to make room until you understand the effect on workflows, history, and recovery.
Check your current entitlement
- Open the FlowKeyOps control panel and review the workspace or plan summary.
- Open My account to review the active subscription.
- Compare the displayed entitlement with the environments currently connected.
If the information differs
Refresh the account session, confirm the subscription status, and wait for any recent billing change to finish processing. If the difference remains, contact support with the workspace identifier, subscription order number, expected entitlement, and a screenshot that contains no sensitive data.
